Swiss mathematician and physicist Leonhard Euler

Swiss mathematician and physicist Leonhard Euler was born on born April 15, 1707.

In 1727, Leonhard Euler, moved to Russia. He lost sight in one eye in 1735 and in 1741, at the invitation of Frederick the Great he went to Berlin, Germany only to return to Russia in 1766.
Leonhard Euler died on September 18, 1783 in St Petersburg, Russia.
